5. ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the products selected in your cart.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order.

We may cancel or limit an order when there is:

Once an order has been shipped, carrier delays may occur that are outside of Melted Muse's control.

If an order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine what assistance may be available.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Melted Muse candles are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

At the owner's discretion, Melted Muse may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution when a qualifying issue is confirmed.

9. AMAZON ORDERS

Orders purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon's applicable ordering, shipping, return, refund, and customer-service procedures.

If you purchased a Melted Muse product through Amazon, questions regarding the order should be directed to Amazon through the customer's Amazon account or Amazon Customer Service.

Melted Muse cannot process refunds or returns for purchases that were placed directly through Amazon.

10. CANDLE SAFETY

Candles are products that involve an open flame and must be used responsibly.

Always follow the candle's safety instructions and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts, and other hazards.

Do not burn a candle near anything that can catch fire.

Melted Muse is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper, unsafe, or unintended use of our products.

Customers are responsible for reading and following all applicable candle safety instructions before use.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Melted Muse website—including but not limited to:

  • Melted Muse name and branding

  • Logos

  • Product names

  • Product descriptions

  • Photographs

  • Graphics

  • Website design

  • Written content

  • Marketing materials

is owned by or used with permission by Melted Muse and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
